Minecraft Downgrader Tool

How To:
  1. Start the program and wait 1 second so it can load the current information and version list.
  2. Select the version you want to install.

Minecraft Spheres

You can generate sphere plans with this just enter the radius size you wish to generate.

Minecraft Torus

It allows you to generate voxel torus blueprints based on the radius you specify.

Minecraft Cone

Generate Minecraft building plans for a cone, just specify the top radius, bottom radius, and the height of the cone and hit the generate button.

Cube Kingdom

This nifty software is not made for Minecraft but it can help you plan your builds, it allows you to build things out of cubes a lot quicker and easier than you could in Minecraft. It is perfect for planning out what you would like to build, and has some blocks that are very similar to Minecraft blocks.

This is a nifty little software to render your minecraft world map. Sure it takes time to render big maps but the results are amazing and I am sure you will like them too.

Cool Links and Software

Minecraft building isn't easy you need to plan it before you can actually start building it, specially if you are going to build spheres or arches, it is not as easy as just grab the materials and start making a sphere you will require blueprints for it, same goes with if you wish to replicate a real life build in Minecraft.

Following are two great additions to our cool software list that we use from time to time.

If you'd like to build sphere, ellipse, lighthouse, observatory, or wizardtower then Plotz is what you need. It is online so no need to download or install it, just goto the website and get started.

This is an amazing "free" software to scan any real life object, just follow the instructions and very soon you'll have a 3D Model of the object you scanned you can then use binvox to convert it into 3D voxelized model you can then use that blueprint to build your real life object in Minecraft.

Cool Links and Software

Minecraft building isn't easy you have to plan a lot before actually doing it, a lot of times your require to build sphere or arches, it is hard to just go and start making a sphere you need blueprints for it, same goes with if you wish to replicate a real life build in Minecraft.

Following are some links and software that we use from time to time.


Perfect Sphere

If you wish to build a perfect sphere, here you can find the blueprints for the perfect sphere by size.

This software does the same it generates the sphere as per the dimensions entered.

binvox and viewvox

This software converts 3D models into voxelized model you can then use that blueprint to build in Minecraft.





Minecraft Structure Planner

I didn't find much use of this but it is worth mentioning. if you wish to build bridges this softwares makes the great blueprints for it.

Minecraft HD Texture Fix

This software lets you install HD Texture packs.
HOW TO USE:
  • Open Minecraft and switch to the default textures.
  • Download and run the latest file for your OS below.
  • If the file fields are not automatically filled in, hit the top browse button and find your minecraft.jar
  • Hit the browse button next to "Texture Pack" and find the .zip file for the texture pack you want to use.
  • Click patch.
  • When it's done, click Test Minecraft. If it doesn't work, follow the instructions at the top of this post. If it does, you can launch Minecraft normally.
