You know the drill in order to play on Our Minecraft Server do not upgrade and click on Not now button when the update screen shows up, and if you are the impatient one and clicked on the Yes button the instance it the update screen showed up then you can downgrade your minecraft by following the downgrade tutorial here and download the downgraded jar from here.
